Delivered - Monday (Uness you request and upgrade it to Saturday Gurantee which an extra fee applies)

UK DELIVERIES: - Our UK orders are sent via DPD, Evri, Royal Mail occasionally alternative providers may be used.
Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Occasionally there may be a delay from our delivery partner, we do not take responsibility for this and we can not issue a refund on your delivery. - We do not take responsibility for any issues with DPD.
Any orders left outside an address or stolen from an address will have an investigation raised with DPD. Unfortunately we do not replace or refund any of these orders unless a success investigation is the outcome. - We do try our best to ensure your parcel gets to you next day, occasionally there may be a reason for a delay, especially during busy times of the year.
If any order is sent back to us due to missing delivery an additional delivery fee will be applied for resending of the order back to you. - PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS DPD ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER IN A SAFE SPACE OR WITH A NEIGHBOUR.
Filler Direcr is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.
We do NOT take responsibility for any undelivered orders due to customs returning the products back to us. If this does happen a refund will be issued to yourself. If you have any special delivery request or concerns, please contact us by email.
